The Guys at Kialoa have been turning out paddles for 20 years and were at the very forefront of the SUP movement, we use there paddles ourselves and have always been proud to sell them. The only slight negative has been the higher price point it took to get one in your possession, not everybody can throw down $300 plus for a paddle . We feel like Kialoa has found the perfect solution .... the Ikaika Series. Utilizing revolutionary Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRT®) technology which adds the performance benefits of carbon and glass fibers to the strength of thermoplastic polymers, creating amazingly lightweight yet virtually indestructible paddles at an incredible price. We are super stoked with this new paddle line and are confident you will be to. The smaller blade on this paddle is going to work great in the surf and for the lighter,smaller paddler.
