O'NEILL INTRODUCES ANOTHER INDUSTRY FIRST WITH NEW EXSCLUSIVE SUPERSEAM TECHNOLOGY

It has been almost sixty years since Jack O'Neill invented the first wetsuit, and the spirit of design and innovation continues to be alive and well at O'Neill's R&D facility, Area 52. Following in the footsteps of the patented Z.E.N. Zip Closure, Double Fluid Seam Weld, and XDS-Air neoprene, O'Neill's most recent industry first is the SuperSeam.

O'Neill's exclusive SuperSeam is the latest evolution of Fluid Seam technology. Sixty percent lighter and smaller (8mm vs. 20mm), the stitchless, triple-glued seam with an internal and external silicone-base urethane seal provides the strongest, lightest, and most flexible Fluid Seam construction available.

Along with O'Neill's exclusive SuperSeam, the Pyrofreak boasts O'Neill's premium stretch UltraFlex XDS neoprene with the latest XDS-Air Firewall, lined with water-wicking insulating jersey in the chest and back, and the new F.U.Z.E Closure System with Free-floating Z.E.N. Zip Closure technology. Less is more when it comes to the Superfreak with SuperSeam. Minimal Seam design partnered with the lighter and smaller SuperSeam construction, 100% UltraFlex XDS, O'Neill's Patented Z.E.N.
